PROJECT OVERVIEW 

This home, situated in the historic and renowned community of Chautauqua Institution, draws inspiration from the classic architecture of Patrick Ahearn, seamlessly blending traditional New England charm with modern craftsmanship.

In this renovation, Mitchener Builders removed the original second-floor roof system, constructed new dormers, and fully renovated the entire interior. Our skilled carpenters also crafted all trim and custom millwork in our shop.  

To further enhance this upscale transformation, we used premium building materials such as Emtek hardware, James Hardie siding, Versatex exterior trim, and Marvin windows, all designed to ensure lasting aesthetic appeal and durability.

The finished project is only half the story.
