PROJECT OVERVIEW 

On the shores of Chautauqua Lake, this lakefront home on Route 430 in Bemus Point underwent a complete deck rebuild and expansion, creating a seamless space for modern outdoor living and lake views.

Inside the home, the interior staircase was fully updated to complement the home’s refreshed aesthetic and serve as a functional centerpiece of the main living space.
